In 2017 September, I took up a challenge for 30 paintings in 30 days. I didn't have a theme initially but all I know was, I'm going to play around with the idea of three set of complementary colors. On the first day of Sept, I woke up with an image of pop artist Andy Warhol in mind and the rest was history. This is how 30 Portraits was born.
Everyday, I woke up with a person in mind to paint. I studied their features, their personalities, drawing and painting to the best of my ability to let their character shine. The more I studied them, the more I'm marveled by God's creation. Every human being is so precious and we are His masterpiece of work!
Life is precious, let's celebrate one another's talents. I hope 30 Portraits inspire you to cultivate a culture of honor in humanity.
